Can anyone help me figure out the brand or type of supercharger this i

Buying this truck from a dealership. I am trying to figure out what kind of supercharger this is. The truck is a 6.0 L and from what they have said it was done at motiva. They don't have any info on it as someone traded it in and didn't give them any paperwork or anything with the vehicle. Can someone here please help me I have not owned a Chevy truck before and know nothing about this

 

 

Also someone had said that it may be a charger off of a ctsv? I have no clue. Haha

Almost looks like an LSA unit.

I bought the truck and I would love to have more info on it. I should take it to a performance shop I guess
