cdcham,

I have purchased two new GMC trucks in the last 3 years from James Wood in Decatur and Billy Balderus was my salesperson both times. He is very fair, friendly and gave me what I believe to be a very good price both times. He worked out some special equipment requests with no problem. When I have taken either vehicle in for service, the staff is always courteous, friendly, and I have never had to go back and have something redone. I had stopped at Jerry's in Weatherford to price a 3500HD Duramax DRW they had on their lot with a "Special" orange tag pricing; they wanted to play games by changing prices on the truck I saw on the lot when I came back to look at it the next day. My family knows Jerry personally and I was very, very disappointed in their deceptive sales tactics they tried to employ. The salesman also told me the GM incentive would expire the next day so I needed to buy today; it didn't expire for another 15 days. I called Billy at Woods and he found a truck exactly like the one I had been looking at, and we closed the deal that day. Private message me if you want the entire story on Jerry's, but I wouldn't send anyone to them ever.
