98 S-10 indicator lights

I have a 98 S-10 2.2 with 241000 miles. When I got in the truck tonight the indicator lights on the dash for the tow-haul, the bright light indicator, and the seat belt light stayed on and the odometer did not display. The brights were not on, I was wearing my seatbelt and the truck does not have a tow package. The truck drove fine with no apparent problems. Any ideas?
