Hey y'all, so this isn't for a GM vehicle but it is a family member. My grandmother rarely uses her car (2008, has 10,525 miles as I type this.) The rubber/vinyl on the dashboard feels like it's breaking down. When the car is in the shade and stays cool it's fine, but after sitting outside and the interior heats up, it feels like one of those sticky fly traps. She hates it and I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions on what to use to clean it off? I'm currently wiping it down with goo gone and interior cleaner spray.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

It's actually not just the dash, it's also on all the door panels.

Vehicle is always sitting under a car port unless it's being used btw. Not sure if it helps but figured I'd mention it
