Okay, I have a 15 2500hd 4x4. I have two ideas for leveling it. First option. Buy the suspension maxx level kit which includes keys, diff drop, and shock extenders for $300. Second option. Get suspension max upper control arms which includes a diff drop, buy the shock spacers separate and just crank stock keys for around $600 I only want 2 inches out of the front.

I think you can get the keys, spacers and upper arms for 2 1/2 inches. The keys and spacers will get you a safe 1 3/4 inches. That's what I did. Not sure you drop the diffy on the 2.5 kit. I hear cranking the torsion bars is a harsh ride and a tire eater. The keys and spacers were $120 and the key tool is a free rental at autozone. I then had it aligned. That's a must.

The diff drop, shock spacers, and the torsion keys are all included in the suspension maxx level kit. I guess my question was can I get 2 inches out of my stock keys and buy the upper control arms that also comes with a diff drop.

I have mine cranked about 2 and a half inches and it's nearly on the bump stops and dosent ride great.. Just ordered congnito stage 4 including UCA and fox shocks. I don't want to be anywhere near the bump stops.

Do you have snow plow prep package?

I cranked my stock keys and got two inches and still have about 1/4 inch of thread left. Putting in different keys when you can get what you need from the stock ones is a waste. The ride does not change because you have more bolt sticking out with reindexed keys. That doesn't make sense. You are turning the torsion bars the same amount either way. You need the keys if you want to go higher. But then the ride starts to change I hear.
