2013 OEM Rear Drum Hardware Part Number is

The part number for the OEM GM rear drum hardware kit for the 2013 half-ton is 25871013. To do both sides of the axle you need to order two of these. This included all the springs. I should mention that the 2013 does NOT have the single U shaped spring, it is of a more traditional design.
