Need suggestions

So I just bought a 2014 silverado 1500 and I'm looking to lift it and put some bigger tires on it but keep the factory Rims. I was thinking of doing the RC 3.5 but if I do that I'm not sure on what size tires I can/ should get. Any help would be great.

I have that lift with Toyo ATII in 295/60r20 (34") tires on stock wheels along with 0.25" front wheel spacers. There was a little rubbing the felt wheel well liners. After timing there is no rubbing anywhere.
