Does anyone know the lemon law process if you bought the vehicle in a different state than the one you're living in?

 

What's the process for all those folks that fly out to Laura GMC in IL, but live in say VA or PA?

Ourisman. They are working on it. I just believe that there is no real resolution short of replacing everything on the truck.

I get mine done at Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, VA. Chris is my service advisor, he's really nice and responsive

it is the state where the transaction takes place that means IL for Laura GMC

That sucks a bit. You'd have to retain an attorney in that state and travel back and forth for arbitration?
