2005 2500 Speedometer and odometer not working

2005 2500hd gas 6.0

I sent the dash out and it checked out all good. Then I changed the speed sensor on the rear of the transfer case. still the speedometer will not work and the odometer will not register more miles.

 

If it makes a difference the speed control still works.

 

Any help would be great

Stepper motors would have been checked when he had the dash checked.. I would hope.

Steper motors are good that was my first thought so I had dash cluster checked out

Could be a loose wire harness between speed sensor on the transfer case and the dash.

I’m have the same problem too!

There is a edge programmer in the truck and it will tell me my speed but the odometer will not track mileage

Have any of you experiencing this check to see if the vehicle speed is being reported to the ECM correctly?

My OBD reads the speed of the truck, yes.
