Need some help with my new 02 8.1L Burb - photos?

So this is my 4th full size Chevy now, but my first 8.1. I got a good deal on it due to some issues it had. I have been slowly taking care of most of them, but need a few photos of under the hood of other 8.1 owners for comparisons. Particularly on the passenger side of the motor in the engine bay. I think the routing of some of my hoses has been changed. There's a bracket by the coil packs that has nothing on it.

Also I have a wire harness by the brake booster that has a plug at the end that is not plugged in. Anyone that can post a few photos of their 8.1 would be great.

I think the heater hoses are not connected? And what does that wire usually go to?

Yep your heater core has been bypassed. Either plugged or leaking, probably

Heater Core has been bypassed and the wire is to the underhood light which is missing. the ground looks funky as well.

 

 

The ground strap for the hood is also connected to the other grounding point to the left for the engine. Undo that and rehook it to the hood if you want it to be correct.
