Passenger Temp resets to LO each time started

I have a 2017 Silverado with the Auto Climate and I just noticed that when the passenger temp isn't sync'ed the passenger side always resets to LO whenever the truck is restarted. It only seems to happen if you have Auto mode enabled. If temps are sync'ed then they operate as expected. The 2016 I had previously did not do this.. seems like maybe a programming issue.

Anyone with a 16 or 17 have similar behavior? Trying to figure out if it's worth a trip to the dealer.

I haven't had time to take it in yet. Can anyone else with a 2017 chime in on this and confirm that their passenger side doesn't reset to lo every time it's restarted? The 2016 that I had previously didn't do this. I can't imagine that it's intended behavior.

My 2016 always goes back to the last setting it was on when it was turned off. I do not believe that your Climate Control system is operating as designed.

You probably have a virus "woolly worm" in your computer. (Onstar=where they watch and listen in to everything you do while driving or even outside around the truck) If you ever want to be President of the United States and want a smooth campaign without accusations of Locker Room Talk you need to be very careful what you say around your truck.....(you were grabbing what?) hahahahaha

Just got the truck back today, dealer performed a HVAC System Control Module update. Passenger temp is now retained after shutdown.
