Need help identifying pigtails

I have a 97 1500 5 speed andThese were hanging by my fuse box and werent plugged into anything. Truck runs without them just wondering where they went. looks like they were coming from the wiring harness that comes out the passenger firewall. Can anyone help with where these use to plug into or what they controlled ? Thanks
