Irratic miss

I've got a 2001 chevy Silverado 4x4 with a 5.3. I tuned it up and now it's missing like crazy. I took it and put it on a scanner it's missing on 1,3,5 and 7 and giving a lean bank code. I saw a 2011 post with same problem and I replaced o2 sensor with no change. What gets me it was running fine till I replaced plugs/wires

There is 7 wire signal distribution harness with a pigtail connector mounted center in the frame holding the coils. Nick a wire?

What kind of plugs and wires did you put on it? When I got my '06, I put Autolites on instead of AcDelco and my trucked was Jacked. I could not go faster the 50MPH. I went and got AcDelco Professional Platinum plugs for $6.99 each from O'Reilly's and that fixed my problem. The AcDelco's are a little longer than the Autolites. Hope this helps.
