Hey guys, need some help quick. I ran across a good deal on the above mentioned tire yesterday and bought them. I also ordered a 2.5 in lift/level kit.

so what else am I needing to make this set up work on my 14 Z71 on stock Z71 18 in wheels. Possible wheel spacers? 305/65/18 converts to roughly a 33.6 X 12.2 so.... anyone with any insight will be appreciated. Or do I need to scuttle the deal on the 305s and maybe go with a 285/65? BTW I don't do any "off roading" just my back yard and snow 3/4 times a year. Fingers crossed. Tires and parts will be here tomorrow.

Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Scott. Merry Christmas!

I have basically the same size in 34x12.5, but I have a -12 offset on my wheels and a 4" lift. Mine rub in reverse but not bad. I think with factory offset you will be ok. I have seen where some run 35,s with factory offset and said no rubbing. Cant say first hand but as soon as my wifes tires wear out I plan on putting that same size on her truck with factory wheels and a level.

THanks mr nasty. Yeah I'm shure it will be touch and go over any thing that requires full articulating on the suspension. And I'm shure a few six or seven point turns will be in my future but... I think with maybe a few zip tires and felt trimming it might work. I have seen plenty of post with 20s on 33x 12.5s but I think(?) the 20s clear the sway bar a little better. Man there just aren't as manny options for 18s not to mention the price difference. 18s are far less common and cost a shite load more. But I think I'm the only guy in my town that still has the oem Z71 wheels. And I actually like 'em. Just can't get into black wheel movement that's going on. If everything goes as planned I will post pics asap. If anyone has this set up and has pics the 5 year old in me would love to see 'em. Thanks again.

Mmmm.... that new tire smell! Turns me on. It's starting to smell a lot like Christmas lol

Im with you on the black wheel movement. I bought after market wheels but stuck with the chrome and went back to 18's instead of stock 20's. I do a lot off road and like the 18's better for that. Guess Im just to old school for the blackout wheels, lol. I think you will like how the tires fill up the inside of the fenders. They just look good on these trucks.

I can't believe I am unable to find any pics with this size tire on a 2014-17. My search Mojo just isn't what it used to be. Lol Oh well it's a good thing that I only live about one mile from a large Toms 4X4 shop. These guys do about anything. So if I need to do a little trimming or have to break out a BFH those guys will come in handy.
