Muffler replacement (Borla)

Hey guys I am looking to remove the oem muffler on my 2014 GMC Sierra All Terrain 5.3L and install a Borla Pro XS. I am sure I won't be able to just cut out the oem muffler and weld in the new Borla. What else will I need to get besides the Borla muffler ?

That's exactly what I just did. Sounds great and not obnoxious in my opinion. Might be a bit mild for some as I left the flapper valve and the resonator. Removing both of those will really be a lot louder. You would also have to disable the V4.

THATS what I want and want to remove flapper and resonator but no mufflers shop around here do I have any confidence in.
