Aftermarket headlight issues

Just recently bought some new head lights for my 2013 1500 Z71 LTZ. They have pre installed LED headlights in them already. All of the lights except the loan beams work. I tried installing capacitors/resistors didn't work. I tried pulling the DRL fuses. Made sure they were plugged in ground to ground/power to power and so fourth. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Here is a link to the headlights

Keep It Simple Stupid:

 

1. Each lowbeam headlight has a fuse in the engine fuse block.

 

2. leD, it's a diode, only works when polarity goes in a certain direction. Make sure positive and negative leads are wired correctly.

Yea I already shot the wires they are getting power. I put the old headlights back in just to check and they work.

if your old low beams were monsters, a relay may not have enough to kick.

that is rare.

Being as new as your truck it might be a tough kicker, new relay.

 

this problem does go way back to the 70s, my first lessons in playing with gm truck lights.

The relay ran so amped up for so long, fixing stuff left it there dead.

 

..and polarity, double check.

they don't even flicker the alt gauge anymore to turn them on, those LED are incredibly efficient.
