Power steering help

I was driving my truck around some fields yesterday and it had just rained. I ended up getting stuck so I had to put it in 4wd and buried it pretty bad. Truck had no issues before,I noticed my power steering wasn't working because it was very hard to turn and could hear it wine. But when I give it gas it easy to turn. I checked he fluid and it was low so I added fluid but still does the same. I thought maybe all the mud had something g to do with it so I washed all the underneath too. But no help still hard to turn steering wheel. I drive a 2011 Silverado LT

I checked the belt and it's not broke,it's just the whole belt that runs to all the pullies.

Is it glazed? It might look fine and be trash.

I just glanced at it really didn't inspect it to much it was raining here,I'm going to drop it off at the shop tomorrow. I hope it just got mud somewhere or just needs a new belt,I really can't afford to get new pump replaced this time of year.
