Another newby with a question

Is there a way to download a "screen saver" to the Intellilink/Infotainment System display (in lieu of the standard dark grey background)? I have a friend with a newer F-150 and he was able to do on his truck.

Thanks......nothing there yet. My dealer couldn't help me and I'm waiting on GM to reply to my email request. I did do a half-arsed search before I started this thread, I just didn't see that one.

My 2013 F150 had the MyFordTouch infotainment system which was slow and glitchy but did have some good points when it worked well and it was easily customizable with backgrounds and other personal preference settings. I did some quick searches for this as well, from what I can find the intellilink does not have an easy way to make you own background however it being a computer there are essentially "Hacks" that can be performed where people have gotten around it, I haven't tried it personally as I am not a tech guy but if you are interested I found a youtube video from Europe of a guy who explains how to change the background on any intellilink system however even after watching I was still pretty confused lol. If you want to check it out and see if it is applicable or something worth trying here is the link:

GM replied and said you can't do it. I might be able to find someone to hack the system but I'll leave well enough alone. Thanks anyway.
