2011 Silverado leveling

I have a 2011 Silverado 1500. I put a 3" motofab leveling kit on the front of my truck. Do I need a 1" block for the rear to make my truck sit level?

Try measuring the distance from the ground to your fenders. That's how most guys measure "level." The should help you decide. And just FYI, your truck will have a 1.25" rear block from the factory, so you'll be better off replacing it with something like a 2-2.5" block if you want to raise the rear a little bit.

Ok so I measured the distance and the front is two inches higher than the rear so does that mean I just need a two in block?

If you want to raise the rear 2" (to get to level), then you'll want to replace the factory block with a 3" block. You'll also need longer u-bolts. Longer rear shocks would help too, but aren't 100% necessary.

If you lifted the front of your truck 3" you're going to have issues with ball joints and cv axles. That's why most don't recommend exceeding 2"-2.5".
