Factory fog lights

I own a 2015 Silverado without factory fog lights. I'm looking to either add the bumper and put factory fog lights in or mount after market lights on. Does anyone know if I can just plug the factory switch in like on earlier models or do I need a wiring harness and to program the BCM? Also does anyone know if a 2017 bumper with the LED fog lights will fit?

The 2017 front bumper with fogs will fit a 2015 but it will require some additional front end parts.
