Finally got pics of Bumper Replacement

Here are the pics of the Ranch Hand style bumper replacement I got from fellow GMTC member, brodee. This is on a stock 2wd truck, and the bumper was painted to match brodee's Pewter metallic truck. I kinda like the color combo on the Indigo Blue truck...now all I need is a lift and some new tires to get it looking like i want. What do y'all think?

Wowsers! I don't know what Brodee drives, but I bet it's some kind of locomotive! That thing looks STOUT!

Just a personal opinion: I think that the mesh stuff (between the two uprights) "competes" with the diamond plate a bit much. For me, there's a little too much going on with the mesh. I'd be inclined to remove it.

Other than that, once you get some lift and tires on that truck, I'd be scared to death to see you coming in my rearview mirror!

Bumper Replacement

I do find that more cars tend to move out of the way when I'm coming through (might just be my imagination though)

The thing probably weighs about 300 lbs. and dropped my front end a little more than it already was.

Nice looking bumper

Yes your MPG will suffer, mine does a little, not sure exactly how much

I also have taller tires so that causes some of the loss also.

Is that a custom built Ranchand look alike or an older ranchand? The punch plate don't look right and receiver should be in the pipe and the bottom should also have punch plate.. The only reason I asked because I've had my ranchand front, rear and headache rack stripped so I can add some stuff before re powder coating them and they look different.. Maybe different on the HD..
