For the end cuts,measure down from the top of the deflector 5 5/8", mark it and run your masking tape across to it from the center opening.

I haven't done this yet but if it's like my jeep, it will cut easier if you take a heat gun (or hair dryer) to it, just ahead of your razor blade.

Yep, noticed that but, I found it much easier with just a blade. And less messy.

Looks great and def cheaper than $350-$450 for a PPV deflector!!  I would've gone maybe a little higher even.

BigBlue what did you use to deburr all the plastic stuff from the cuts?

Everything I used is shown in the photo.  The cheezegrater and sandpaper block smooved it all out.

By the way, that mod saved me some bucks the other day when I pulled up to one of those downtown gutter curbs and still dragged a little.
