2014-15 Silverado Morimoto XB LED Foglights

I've read several threads/posts stating that the Morimoto XB fogs are not only excellent and have a great cut-off, but they are super-easy to install ON THE GMC SIERRA.

 

However, I can't find any info about these lights for the Silverado.

 

From everything I've read and researched to install these on the Silverado the entire front grill/bumper have to be removed!

 

Is there any way to replace the fog light housings simply and easily like the Sierra or am I screwed?

OK thanks. This post tells me what I need to know. That they can be installed without removing the bumper. Now I just need to know the details. Thank you

There's a handful of nuts and bolts to remove and the whole bracket comes out in one piece. No real how to, just have to climb under there and start unbolting stuff. It took me about 15 mins each side to remove the fogs and brackets.

My buddy has a lift, so that should make the install quite a bit easier. At least I can work standing instead of laying on my 67 year old back on a concrete floor!

I did mine in the driveway, @1:15 hrs , took the front wheels off, one side at a time to give me more working room, and I'm a big guy. First one takes longer , second goes quicker!
