2015 Silverado amps mounted behind rear seat?

OK so I have 3 amps in my truck and currently they are installed under the rear seat. I'm looking to move them to the back wall possibly but not sure how or what would hold the rack (3/4 MDF) in place. I have a sub behind the rear jump seat and want to move that under the seat and free up some room. I've looked here and searched but haven't found any installs or what is needed. I plan on doing the rear seat mod of cutting the latches shorter to access the amps when needed. Does anyone have some insight or links on how they have bolted, screwed or otherwise secured the rack to the back wall? Thanks

Cut the board the size and shape you need. Drill the attachment holes for the studs to go through. Usually 6-8. Now take 8 bolts and bolt them to the board. Now align where those bolts would meet up with the rear wall and mark their locations. Remove the board from the truck. Clean the paint from the areas where the bolt heads where marked on the wall. The bolts should still be bolted to the board at this point, and some sort of spacers between them an the board might help also taping the board up so if adhesive from the next step gets on he board it will allow it to release. Now apply JB Weld to the bolt heads to boned them to the rear wall. Here is why they are still on the board it allows you to use a broom handle or something els to apply pressure to all of the bolts at once as well as insuring they stay aligned with the board.

When the bonding agent has cured now unbolt the board. You will most likely need to add more bonding agent to insure a strong hold.

You could also do each bolt one at a time and then tap the wood while holding it against the bolts to mark the holes, but I've seen the bolts fall off more in that fashion and it takes longer.

There are a couple of techniques for you. Remember the right way is the way that works for you and doesn't break.
