Heater resistor plug terminal replacement

Is it possible to replace just the bad terminal in the heater resistor plug? The only one that is bad is the ground. What tool to remove the wire from the plug and what replacement terminal would I need?

I have soldered in a used one , spliced , solder and shrink wrap tubing. However I am sure with a small probe you can get the wires out, But due to its location I couldnt get in there to see it well enough. Obviously replace that resistor assy. Good luck!

Does anyone know what the replacement terminals are called or where to get them? Part #?
