Will a 2002 GMC Sierra front bumper fit on a 03 Sierra?

Not thinking so. The front end changed on the Chevy's and gmcs in 03. Google those years and you'll see the difference.

No. Different frame horns and brackets. I had to change those to go to the Denali front end which uses the 99-02 ones

So what would I have to buy to change the brackets in order to make it fit?

Frame section to weld on the frame horns, brackets, supports, chrome bumper, lower plastic bumper, a ton of plastic rivets, and 2003 grille.

I got this at a wrecking yard off a Tahoe for $65. SUVs used the 99-02 setup all the way through. You need a non Denali 03-06 1500 truck setup

Cut and welded here

I was thinking the other way. So the 99-02 truck or 02-06 SUV frame section, bumper brackets, and 02 grille. Same list of parts but for the 99-02 truck or the SUV from 02-06

If you have a friend who can weld, that is the hardest part. Then you have to just collect the parts.

I know how to weld, just don't have a welder... And I don't really know anybody with one

Get a cheap one from tractor supply or harbor freight
