Questons regarding mpg after 7in lift and 35s

Im currently in the process of building my 13 sierra with a 7in RC lift and 35s . Im currently getting 16.3- 16.8 (city & hwy). Im wondering how much mpg mine will lower with people from personal experience. Also Im curious about how much a tune would help cuz if I could get at least an average of 14-15mpg with a tune its completely worth it for me. The main reason Im asking is because Im on a fixed income in the US ARMY and want to get the best mpg to help save each month.

I have a 2.5" leveling kit with 35's Toyo AT II's and I average 13 mpg. No tune or any engine mods. The weight and width of the tire are the biggest factors that play into mpg.

7" and 35's is pretty tall/big....... you'll lose a lot of power with the 35's. I'm not sure a 'tune' will help with the power band versus getting new Gears.
