Factory order........how long does it really take?

I ordered early last year and it took almost 3 months. However, it was a 6.2L, which were on allocation so I had to wait until they had enough orders to build a batch...they also had some plant flooding or something in texas so it delayed it even longer.

Sort of makes sense that there was a wait given the engine choice. Mine is just a run of the mill 5.3L.
