04 Tahoe lost bolt, bad noises?!?

So 2004 Z71 Tahoe. Truck has been running pretty good for a while other than A/C problem (not related.) anyways put in drive this morning, grinded into gear (never happened before) pull it out of driveway, and it immediately starts make horrible noise sounding like from transmission drive shaft area, didn't drive it 50 yards, put in reverse and right back into driveway.

As I am scrambling to swap vehicles, I found below pictured bolt in driveway?!?!?

Anyways, after getting under it, I can't find where the bolt is missing from but I found similar type bolts underneath so I'm confident it is from the Tahoe. Suggestions where it came from? Assuming they the noise is related to missing bolt?!

Have you crawled up underneath to check those areas? Looks like an exhaust manifold bolt but its way to clean. Possibly a U-Joint strap bolt?

Looks too big for manifold or a u joint strap. Brake caliper bracket sounds like a good guess.

Glad to help...nothing like first hand experience with an odd issue. Mine lost the same side years ago while driving down the road. Your rim looks ok, mine had some nasty rash.
