BLUETOOTH CRACKLING SOUND

Anyone experience any cracking or skipping when connected to Bluetooth? I own a 2017 Sierra Denali. Took it to the dealer, and they said nothing was wrong. It's super annoying though.

I got a 2017 silverado allstar edition and mine cuts on and off like a phone call is coming in

Mine disconnects for about 2 seconds literally every time I drive the truck approximately 30 seconds after it starts playing. Drives me batsh*t! I could set my watch by it....

Turn truck on. Links to phone. Starts playing music. 30 seconds in it goes silent. 2 seconds later it reconnects and never has any issue the rest of the time the truck is on. That is until you turn the truck off and back on

Mine just cracks and buffers like an old computer connected to the internet by phone line. I blamed my phone, but I've tried other's phones and they do the same. The only way it works perfectly is when it's connected by cable so that I can use the Android Auto App which I love by the way. Well, back to the dealer it is...If i can somehow swing a new head unit out of this I will LOL. I'm no electrical engineer or anything, but something tells me it's a software upgrade issue.

Thanks all!
