How to know if car has a lift kit or not?

Hey all, bought a '14 1500 LT and it's pretty high off the ground. I think it has some kind of lift kit or something. Can I measure it and find out? The springs are just black but I didn't look too closely because it was raining yesterday. Thanks. What do y'all think does this look stock?

Looks like it has a leveling kit and bigger tires. What size is on the sidewall of the tire?

Look for a disc on top of the front shock and/or a block spacer underneath it

Tires are LT275/70R18. Thanks guys. I'll look at the front shock after work.

I was going to say look at the suspension. If there is a spacer on the upper or lower strut then yes. Tops look like a spacer ring and the bottom looks like a suitcase handle.

Looks stock to me. The front leans down quite a bit in that pic. The space in the wheel well of the front looks much less than the rear also.

 

The levels I've seen all show the wheel well space between the tire and fender in the front are nearly the same as rear, maybe a half inch less. But that looks like the front is still 2 inches or so lower than the rear.

Looks stock to me. Look for a spacer in the strut or usually a spacer between the arm and the bottom shock mount.
