Shorty headers

So I got some shorty headers installed on my 2005 chevy z71. They are stainless and I've heard since they're thinner there is more valve noise is that true?

You'll hear each exhaust hit in each pipe, that's for sure - but most people like it!!

Unless you're used to driving a Cadillac.

Toss on a good cold air intake at the same time (one that's actually sealed to outside air!!). Might be worth 10-15hp combined.

I put both on the LS3 in my 1000km old Camaro, and it was totally worth it.

You COULD always wrap them to shut them up a bit afterwards. But you'd have to pull them off to do it right.

Thanks just making sure! Just getting used to them.
