Bill89 Posted March 16, 2002 Posted March 16, 2002 I put all new interior in truck this week. I said that I would never have Leather, well I lied. I got a new seat, carpet, hear liner, and door panels. It cost $1000. Not to bad for all the work that was done. The pics are the bottom four. http://fototime.com/ftweb....87DB7DC

Bill89 Posted March 16, 2002 Author Posted March 16, 2002 It's a whole new seat. We have a place here in Dallas called Traders Village. It's a flea market place. After looking all day, we finally found a place with good seats. Of course my brother was there so when I said I needed to get the carpet and hear liner done. And the guy told me that he has an upholstry shop, my brother chimmed in and added the door panels. How nice of him to spend my money. I took the truck to him sunday night and I got it back thursday. We went wednesday to pick it up but the radio didn't work, and he had a light grey below the arm rest on the doors that looked like crap. So he fixed the radio and put a darker grey on the door. When I picked it up thursday it all looked good so I left, well I had to make a call on the way home and the windows did not work. When they took off my wood on the drivers door, they put a screw to hold the leather to the door. The problem was that they put the screw right below the power window and lock panel, right into the wires. I have to take the whole door panel off now and redo the passenger wire. It still doesn't work, and when you touch the button it dims all the lights. My guest is a broken wire. They are going to pay for the work that I have to do to fix it. All in all. I am pretty happy with it. My old seat is sitting in the shop for a place to sit.
