2017 5.3 loaner seems down on power

Last week I traded my 2015 GMC Z71 double cab for a 2017 2500. Part of the deal was a spray in bed liner. So Monday night I drop off the 2500 and they give me a 2017 Silverado 5.3, Z71 just like my old GMC. Compared to my GMC is was terrible on power?? To the point when I got home I checked the window sticker to see if it was a 5.3 and even after that I popped the hood and counted the exhaust manifolds on the driver side.

 

Then I double checked the sticker, Z71 3.42 rear.

 

Very odd, but driving was waaaay off from my GMC. I did run premium gas and had an intake and exhaust, but I really think this new truck was off from my truck even when it was stock.

 

Anyone else notice something like this?
