I've been using https://www.flickr.com/ for a couple of years now. I am sure there are a few others that are equally as good, but Flickr does everything I need. Real easy to link my pictures to the various forums I am a member of.

I am almost positive you can. Although I have never done it. I know that I've seen them on there.
