Picked-up a MONSTER TRUCK…

The wife and I went out and picked-up a couple of Monster Truck bikes, these things are a bunch of fun. In my 60s and just needed something to kick the exercising up a notch or two, our other bikes doesn’t have the capability of this one. My bike is beefier, but the wifes’ bike is sexier. Hers look a bit like a Harley Soft Tail. With the fat 26 x 4 in tires, we ride on hard packed beach sand, 5 inch grass, gravel, and asphalt without missing a beat. These are pedal assist bikes, meaning they are electric. We can get over 40 miles with one charge based on the terrain and how less pedaling we want to do. Got up to over 33 mph the other day just trying to see what it can do. We went off on these things that carry tools, straps, food, water, pump, patches, pepper spray, warm clothing, and whatever else we may need if we go 30 miles in on a trail, all in just one bag. Only thing missing is the kitchen sink, but there's room for that on the back rack. Topped them off with some off-road light and fenders for night trailing. This bike will be fine in the city or country with the capability of longer distances than some Smart Cars using electric only, and we didn’t have to take out a 5yr loan to get it. Don’t know if I have seen a Smart Car go off-road, at least at my price point. But on the flip side, I did see some electric bikes for over 25 thousand, that’s way too much fun on a bike for me.
