2017 Silverado Buzz noise when opening driver door

After truck has set overnight every morning when I open the drivers door there is a noticeable buzzing noise for 3 or 4 seconds. It didn't start day 1. But now I'm told it is normal. Anyone have any insight?

Fuel pump pressurizing the system.  Makes the truck start quicker which takes some of the load off the battery.
