new lifted truck iissue

I just splurged and bought this 2017  black widow .1500 z71....is a 6 inch lift and big wheels and tires.  Ive never owned a truck.  it seems I'm getting 14 mpg at 70 mph on hwy. is this normal for a lifted truck??  i hope not...  also wen i put it into 4 high for a recent storm.. i noticed at 55-60 mph the rpms are just over 1-1.2 k  but in regular driving it is around 2k rpm.  i thought the rpm  would go up in a vehicle in 4 wheel drive not down?  could there be some thing wrong with this vehicle out of the gate?  i have around 1500 miles on it now..  feel a lil dumb to go into the dealer if  14 mpg is normal or the above things are normal. thanks for any truck expert assistance!
