Aiming headlights

Hey guys, kinda silly question, but looking to aim down my headlights so I’m not blinding everyone, found a YouTube video for 2017 Sierra but can’t seem to find anything for 2017 Silverados. Is the spot circled below the right spot for aiming down the headlights on these trucks? And about how many rotations you guys going down on 2” levels? Gonna take it to a flat spot and measure it properly later this week but can’t stand blinding people anymore. Thanks in advance.

Yea that's the correct spot to adjust the headlights. As far how many turns in not sure but you can always go back and adjust it more or less.
