Door latch adjustment

I have noticed some wind noise at higher speeds.  The noise seems to be coming from the  back of the door near the B pillar.  I was looking at the driver's door an noticed that when shut, it still sticks out about 1/16th inch.  You can push it in, but it won't stay.  It seems the latch and/or the striker plate need to be adjusted.  I loosened the the stricker plate, but it would not move inward.  I loosened the 3 latch bolts on the end of the door, but it didn't move either.

 

I either don't know how to do this, or the adjustments are bottomed out.  Am I missing something?

Ok, better question.  Does anyone have the assembly drawings for the door latch and the striker on the B pillar?  Or even an adjustment proceedure from the factory manual?
