Analog Needle does not match digital fuction

So, I have a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali with a 6.2L. The truck has 132,000 miles and is from Canada. My issue is that the speedometer needle is 5 MPH faster than it shows, as you can see from the digital option. And this speed was verified via my Garmin GPS.  Every thing is factory: rims, tires, etc. Just looking to see what everyone's thoughts might be. I do access to an OTC Envolve if anyone thinks it can be changed with that.

Can the OTC see each Wheel Speed Sensor?  Can it test and diagnose the instrument cluster?  I did not know the later years had a digital readout as mine does not.

What does the display look like when you turn off cruise control?

The display is the same with-out cruise control.

Off the subject but what diff gears are in your truck?

Posi 3:42. I average 12 mpg in the city and 17 mph on the highway.

ive got 3.08, I'm at 80 at that rpm

So I removed the cluster and found out it had been worked on before. I took some advise from a local instrument repair shop in town and using a "fork", I adjusted the needle and problem solved.

Yeah probably not adjusted right when they put in the American background when it was brought over to the USA.  A Canadian cluster would have had the 100 at the top instead of 60.
