'05 Sierra HVAC issues/question

I have an '05 Sierra SLT cab with the dual zone auto-climate controls.    Here is the history of the issue I am having:   2 years ago I had heat on the drivers side when the A/C was on, passenger had cold air.   After that I replaced the blend door actuator on the passenger side, under the dash.   That fixed the issue for a while.   After that I had an issue where the passenger side would get hot air when the A/C was on and there would be a click or tap in the dash (probably another blend door??).    That problem was intermittent, so I never fixed it.    Now I have an issue where I get hot air again on the drivers side when the A/C is on and passenger has cold air.    I have a scan tool and I am getting B0229.

I know I probably have to replace another blend door, but which one do I need?   Are they all the same, so I can just buy one use process of elimination to find the bad one, or are they different?

89018365 is the part number. I know it by memory with the amount of them I have replaced. It is the easy one. Right on the passenger side of the under the hush panel. Easy fix.

Here is the part I would use from Amazon. - http://amzn.to/2FYt2tR

I would not use a cheap cheap one. Sometime the motors are so strong they actually break the door itself causing a lot more expensive of a problem.

Here is the repair video.

I bought the blend door above as recommended and put it in last night.   Same thing is happening.   Then, just to test, I took the actuator back out and moved the blend door shaft manually, and the the drivers side was still warm air any way I turned it.

Then I used my scan tool and found that I am getting a B0229 code.   Research found that this is a bad recirculate door actuator, correct?   Is that the same part as the one above?

Just replaced the air inlet actuator— same problem still exists.   Any more ideas???
