Spare tire size 33" fit under the truck?

Anyone out there stuff a 33" tire on there 17" spare wheel successfully mounting it in the spare tire carrier under the truck?

 

Hate to change 2 tires on the road if I get a flat on the rear.

Should fit if you move your tailpipe out of the way, i have a 35" underneath

Any pics on this?  I just lifted the truck and would love to have a 35" spare.  I just don't know what mods to do, or where to relocate the tail pipe.
