2000 Silverado turn signal issue

My truck started have a turn signal issue about a week or so ago. When my lights are ON, the left turn signal in the cluster is on, and so are my left turn signals front and rear. When the lights are OFF, it's fine. Bulbs are good, hazards work all the time, right turn signal works all the time, cruise works all the time. I replaced the relay underneath the steering column and now it sorta flashes and makes the clicking sound. The turn signal on the cluster lights up a little bit brighter, but stays on. What are other common issues that I can look for? I hope I gave enough info on the problem to help narrow it down.

Do you have LED lights for your turn signals?

I have LEDs in the rear turns. The new relay lets them flash at normal speed. I have used the LEDs for a while before this started happening.

I have found the answer to my problem. My left rear turn signal doesn't like LEDs. Right side is fine with it, left, says otherwise. I put that same LED in the right front and it started doing the same symptoms to the right. I'm going to assume a bad bulb and look into seeing if a replacement would bring my tinted tails back to their former glory.
