2010 Silverado Horn problem

2010 chevy Silverado Horn won’t turn off unless I pull fuse I pulled air bag and checked horn contacts they seem to be fine changed underhood fuse box still having same problem is there anything else I can check thanks

Relay under the hood? Sounds like it might need replaced...should be a relay for the horn in the underhood fuse box.

What I been reading online that the relay is built into fuse box that’s why I changed it thanks

Today I took column apart and unhooked the controls and horn harness from clock spring and put horn fuse back in horn still wouldn’t shut off and there was a plug on clock spring and I unplugged it and put horn fuse in and horn was off so I think it’s in the clock spring what do you guys think thanks
