2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 - Seat Models?

Hi, I need some help.  I just bought a project Suburban that has two really messed up front seats (drivers and passengers).  The Drivers side works but the leather is all ripped up and it looks like someone did some Frankenstein work to it with extra nuts and bolt sticking out of the plastic around the controls.  The Passenger side has a couple of broken control nobs making it kind of useless.  Anyways, I have no idea how to determine what model of chairs I need for a replacements and was hoping someone on here would know the different between the models.  According a parts shop I found I have 3 potential models (I think):

 

opt A95 Driver Side electric leather

opt AE7 Driver Side electric leather

opt AN3 Driver Side (electric) (leather)

 

There's no more details beyond that.  So I honestly don't know which model would be a replacement.  Anyone have any ideas on the differences between them or where I could look at the existing chair to find the option number?  Thank you!

I'll keep researching.  Maybe it has to do with the heated seats for one of the options.
