driver info center and stereo

My 2017 Silverado started changing pages on It's own. Normally I have driver info displayed but somehow it changes to audio display of song playing. I can switch it back only to see it go back after a few seconds. I can also hear a "chirp" now and then, like when you touch the touch screen. Wiped display with a microfiber in case of a smudge. Still happens. Anyone seen this sorta problem? Thanks

I did not realize anything on the infotainment system could change the DIC by touching anything on the screen.  I would think DIC scrolling would  be more likely caused by steering wheel button issues. As far as the chirp on the infotainment system, have you tried doing the screen calibration?  I have no clue but just throwing it out there as something to try.

Good point about infotainment vs DIC. I kinda suspected steering buttons. I think ill take it in soon since I'm under warranty.

I've had my truck a year and just in the past few days, I swear the DIC changed to audio display on it's own. I was thinking that perhaps I touched the steering wheel control by accident, but I don't think so. Did this JUST START happening to you? I'm wondering now if they pushed down a software update that's causing this. Like I said, I never saw this happen until a couple of days ago.

As per the hidden features thread... If you swipe left on the main radio screen, it switches the DIC to audio.
