Prolly not, just a big increase in your warning level. Smart thing to have done would be to put the link for it there instead of the pic.

tmf,as for getting banned,I'm not going to do it because I haven't recieved a complaint yet and though the language is a bit strong in the caption,I believe we are all adults.

 

Next time,you may want to link it with a language warning but I have no problem with it personally.
