Does my 17 Denali qualify for a buyback yet?

I leased my 2017 sierra Denali in February 2017.

It's been In the shop now over 10 times for various issues

3 times for water leaking down the A pillar

2 times for a check engine light. Once was reduced power message came up. That happened last week and was "fixed" and got into my truck today and the check engine light is in again

2 times for a hard shifting transmission. It was so bad it felt like the tranny fell out of the truck. It's mainly 1-2 and 2-1 shifts but has happened at other shifts too. They weren't able to replicate it so they didnt do anything

2 times for shaking at 70mph. They tried rotating and roadforce balancing and didnt fix the issue.

I've had this truck for 18 months and it has 26k on it. Ive never been so happy that I leased this truck but I shouldn't have to deal with all these issues. People I know that have Silverado and sierras have never had this many issues. I'm pretty sure my truck is a lemon. Do you think GM would buy it back

Do a Google search to see what is required to meet the Lemon Law requirements for your state. Then consider hiring a Lemon Law attorney who normally get paid as part of the settlement, so no up front out of pocket expense. Just do a Google search for Lemon Law attorneys in your area.
