hondarider94
I currently have a 6.5" lift with 20x10 and 35s. I would like to go down to a 4.5in lift and 33s. Mainly because pulling my rzr on a tandem axle steel trailer gets me 9mpg at 70mph. Question is.. I dont know what brand my lift is. Original owner says it is a zone offroad, but it doesnt have "zone" printed anywhere on it. It has blocks in the back and a spacer in the front. I'm thinking I could just measure my rear blocks and take 2in off the height and buy new ones.. doesnt really matter which brand right? For the front, since it has a strut spacer I was thinking just buy an actual strut that was made to lift a chevy? Or a smaller spacer? Has anyone done this before? I will get pics later of strut and blocks. Is it this simple to do? *** I know I can run 33s with my lift. I think it will look dumb though. AgDoctor
Post up some pics. I'm sure either myself or someone here can tell you what lift you have.I can tell you that you won't gain any real mpg going to a 33 though. You might pick up 1 mpg. Tire width and truck aerodynamics are working against you.Sent via Morse code
